Hi everyone! 

First of all, we hope you all had a wonderful holiday season! But on to the things we know you want to know!

We received more production pictures before the holidays! The game is looking great! We are currently following up with the factory to find out when the game is hitting the water. As soon as we hear back, we will be able to post an update with a estimated fulfillment schedule. Right now, it looks like the game will be shipped to us before the Chinese New Year...so that way it won't be set further behind schedule by that holiday.

Holiday orders

Hi everyone, 

A few of you who ordered the Dexterity Trilogy have said you purchased it for a Christmas gift. As such, a few have asked if at least Click Clack Lumberjack and Coconuts can be shipped now so you have those to put under the tree. 

For those backers in the U.S. who would like to have those two games shipped to you now for a pre-Christmas arrival, we would like to do this at no additional shipping cost to you. Please contact [email protected] to let our customer service representative know you would like them shipped immediately. As long as we receive your request by Dec. 17, our warehouse has said you would be able to receive it by Christmas. 

We wish we could extend this offer to the international backers, but unfortunately we don't have those games available at our Chinese warehouse currently.

More production photos!

Hi everyone! As promised in the previous update, we have some more production photos from the factory! The pancake tokens are hot off the griddle...er...line. 

 According to the production timeline the factory gave us, they should be painting the handles of the frying pans by the beginning of next week! As soon as we have those pictures, we will post another update!

Thanks, again, for all your patience. We're excited about this game and we know you are too! Without you, it wouldn't be in the making, and we are working to get it to you as soon as possible! You can expect fulfillment to begin early next year and we will make sure to post updates every step of the way so that you know how things are going!

Production Pictures!

HI everyone! We hope the holidays are treating you well so far. Our factory finally sent us some production pictures for Yummy Yummy Pancake and we wanted to pass them along to you! We expect more pictures in the coming days and as soon as we get them, we will do another update to share those pictures too!

Production is expected to be finished by December 10. Unfortunately, the games will not be to us to ship to you before the end of the year. However, they will be shipped to us BEFORE Chinese New Year. So, there is no worries of Chinese New Year further affecting the delay.

Yummy Yummy Pancakes...

Updated Fulfillment Dates

OK, there is no easy way to say this, we are still delayed on getting this game out the door and to all of you.  We have had a bunch of missteps with the factory and there was "Golden Week" last week in China and another small holiday right before that, so production was delayed further.  We are expecting to have this produced by sometime in November and shipping to all of you before the end of the year.

We have been upset by this delay too.  Honestly one of the largest problems we faced was our print run.  We initially told  the factory we wanted 5,000 copies of the game, as we really believe in it and think it will be a hit!  Unfortunately the Kickstarter fell much short of what we needed to print 5,000 copies, so we had to change it to about half that.  The result was that our priority with the factory got pushed back AND the terms for printing got changed by the factory, meaning they wanted all the money for the whole print run upfront.  

That changed the whole equation for us as we scrabbled to get the money together in the face of a Kickstarter that just wouldn't support a multi-thousand copy print run.  Even after paying the factory we are low on the priority list ahead of larger print runs.

We know this is frustrating for all of you, we hate it too!  We want nothing more than to deliver this to you and are working hard to do that.  We have all the files to the factory and everything is finalized and in fact we are meeting face to face with the responsible parties at Essen in a couple of weeks to talk about the situation, and how to avoid it for future projects.  We are so very sorry for the delay, in the end this is all our fault and know you backers have been very supportive and patient, well beyond what we could reasonably expect.  

Please keep the faith, these slow bake pancakes are coming and they will be Yummy Yummy indeed, hopefully they will taste all the sweeter for the anticipation and aging.  Please forgive our errors here and know that we are diligently working to get this done as soon as possible.  The lion's share of the work from our end is done and we are just waiting for the factory to pump out those pancakes.
